Perhaps OCZ will be able to fix this through a firmware update? The root cause is a bug in the firmware, although specifics are pretty slim. apparently the 750i motherboard I have now didn't adjust voltage automatically like the g41 chipset board I used before, for setting fsb 1333 3.0ghz with Q6600 processor. A new firmware update which directly addresses this BSOD occurrence related to SF-2000 based SSDs is available here. Even set up the Intel Rapid storage technology. That seems to running fine now. OCZ Technical Support Forum poll concerning SSD BSOD episodes.

I even booted up at 3.6ghz but I need better cooling to maintain those settings prime95 stable. There is no AHCI mode, just IDE because of 750i chipset on my board. Data recovery maybe possible but you have to send it to a data recover firm and that's usually not cheap. Rep me with the black star!
