I havnt been able to figure it out either. Fixed it by going on without fail mode and opening periph manager to rollback of one version .

Its pissed me right off because of the care i take in ensuring my PC is running at its BEST with all things installed, drivers ect in perfect harmony. I had a similar problem but my PC didn't restart on its own so I had to press the reset button on the case 2/3 times to get to the recovery

I have no further issues on my end to report. I just finished installing them, and the issues I previously had have gone away.

Re-installed Windows 10, tried it again but this time chose "Clean Install".

Reinstalling an older nvidia driver now. Works like a charm, because I am running 1 HDMI and one DVI.

everytime i enable SLI settings through forceware control panel i get a BSOD the next time i restart. I just learned the hard way that Windows 8+ doesn't let you jump to advanced startup options with F8 anymore. Specs: Motherboard: ASUS Z-170 PRO CPU: Intel Core i7 - 6770k RAM: Corsair Vengance LPX 32 GB DDR4 @2666 Mhz GPU: GTX 980 TI Monitor: Dual ASUS devices Running on Windows Going to apply my overclocks and will check back.
Also my anti virus is now reporting an out of date virus database, so i'm going to reinstall that just to restore some harmony. I've already assaulted the machine with driver sweeper, and gone so far to restore from an image I made when I first installed windows 7 on the machine in the first I hope somebody has a solution... Perhaps it would be better to pause release of an update that is killing a large number of systems until the problem is solved. I was able to boot to windows without a blue screen, but now I have a different issue.
Whereas; Singularly; I can achieve some crazy overclocks on near stock voltage without any issues. Win 8.1, GTX970 Rolling back until it's fixed. So after I finally got my rig back together; Another issue dropped upon me. I have narrowed it down to crappy hardware and dual screen setups.
