tope have a dell dimension 3100c, had to format de disk and now it would not boot if there is no win xp disc in the cd rom. i need it to boot with out the disk. I know have to make the decision of going for a new HDD or a new laptop as this one is already 4 years old. –Kanini Oct 10 '09 at 11:40
